I'm also thankful for wonderful Bible teachers that taught me God's design for marriage and how to be a wife according to His Word. Otherwise our marriage might not have weathered as well through the difficult times. Praise God! I wasn't feeling very thankful, but I am thankful that I am getting over the illness and that it wasn't worse. I am thankful that my Dad didn't get as severe a case as me. I am also thankful that in the scheme of things my only problem was the flu I realize that there are so many people who have to deal with more serious illnesses on a daily basis, and do it with courage and hope I can only dream of having.
